Alexandre Dubosc Food and the Digital

Here's a funky food animation by French photographer and digital artist Alexandre Dubosc.

This animation won Dubosc 3rd place in the Annecy Animation Festival you can view the winning animations on the Annecy Festival Youtube site.

You can find a stream of images documenting the making of 'Food about you' in Dubosc's Flickriver photostream. I found them searching in his site under the tag 'cuisine'.

This type of animation process uses stop motion photography. Each photograph still is taken separately and later rapidly connected together in succession in what appears to be a film.
