According to Bonappetit Magazine anything with an egg on top is on the menu.
Su-Lin whose image I have embedded above says if you want to add an egg on top first make sure its fresh! It wont break and retain maximum flavour, colour.
Add a little vinegar to the simmering water,whirl it with a spoon, gently poach. Slide it perkily atop asparagus, pizza, ramen noodles.
